Update on Overflow Document

Good grief, I really really am trying to get this thing to you. Yesterday we had a little uh uh mishap with someone trying to wrap his vehicle around a telephone poll and we were having issues with the service going up for a whole and then back down, anyway to make a long story short, we didn't have Internet or TV service yesterday afternoon AND this morning. I am back up again and crossing my fingers that we are really really up this time. I will get the document to everyone today (barring any issues with our Internet service).
